Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Otway. By using the app you agree to them.

What Otway is

Otway shows you tracking information that carriers publish about your parcels. We don't transport, handle or insure anything. Delivery dates and statuses come from carriers and can be wrong or late through no fault of ours.

Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account. Only track parcels you have a legitimate interest in.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, don't try to break or overload it and don't use it for anything unlawful.

Use at your own risk

Otway is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any status or date it shows is exact. Don't plan around a delivery estimate alone.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Otway is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 euros. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed deliveries or anything a carrier does or doesn't do.

Changes and termination

We may update the app or these terms. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. You can stop using Otway and delete your account any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights you have under EU or Dutch law.
